NORTH POLE EXPRESS TRAIN RIDE-SAT-NOV.21ST

The North Pole Express Train Ride this year features six runs daily on our heated, vintage train.  You and your family will enjoy a 2 hour and 20-minute round-trip train excursion to Curriers Station (the half-way point), which is our North Pole.  The is an indoor-outdoor event, so please dress for the weather.  However, there are plenty of places to stay warm at The North Pole including; Santa's House, the Elf House, the Pavilion, and our Restrooms.  The fun begins as soons as you board the train at 278 Main Street, Arcade.  Children will receive a wish-list from Santa's elf to complete on their journey.  Once you arrive at The North Pole there are tons of activities for the whole family to enjoy including; jumping in the lil' elf sleigh, taking a family photo in Santa's sleigh, mailing the wish-list, visiting the Elf House and so much more!  Of course, everyone gets a chance to visit with Santa in his house with virtually no waiting line.  Souvenirs and food concessions (cocoa, cookies, chili, and more) are available for purchase at the Elf House and the Pavilion.  On the way home all the children will receive a gift from Santa and the railroad as a thank you for riding The North Pole Express!

Terms and Conditions for Train Tickets:

• Tickets cannot be printed.  All tickets are held at will-call at the train station located at 278 Main Street, Arcade and picked up the day of the event. 


• There are no discounts, coupons, or special offers available for this event.  


• Tickets are valid only for the date/time printed on the ticket.


• EVERYONE 1 YEARS OF AGE AND OLDER are required to purchase a ticket for this event.


• CHILDREN UNDER 1 YEARS OLD do not need a ticket.  With the purchase of an adult ticket children under 1 years old may ride on a lap for free.


• Event takes place rain, snow, or shine.


• Arrive at least one half-hour early, be at the boarding area 15 minutes prior to your trains departure.  TRAINS DEPART ON TIME from 278 Main Street, Arcade, NY.


• No smoking on site.


• No outside food or beverages.


• All sales are final, no refunds, no exchanges.
